MetroNaps caters to employers who are looking to get more productivity out of their employees by providing a place where they can nap, recharge and get back to work. A recent study undertaken by US and Greek scientists showed that a regular nap reduced by more than one third, deaths due to heart attacks. A competitor for the "Met-RX All American Strongman Challenge" performs the "Truck Pull", a test of endurance and strength in which the challenger pulls a 20-30,000 pound truck over a 80-100 foot course during the Vyotech Iron Man Fit Expo at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in Pasadena, Calif. The 2 day expo serves as a showcase for recent innovations in nutrition, physical training equipment, combat and self defense techniques, and fitness in general.
