A Mindima mud man from Simbu shows his creation with a saying "protect yourself against AIDS" at a cultural festival in Mount Hagen. A recent United Nations report said Papua New Guinea was facing an AIDS catastophre, accounting for 90% of HIV infections in the Oceania region.
