Photo shows "Bilbo" a bamboo lemur born February 22, 2007 at the Stockholm Zoo in Sweden but rejected by his mother. According to Jonas Wahlstrom, the manager of the zoo, there are only 25 bamboo lemurs in captivity in the world, three in Sweden (the father, the mother and Bilbo) while around 200 live in Madagascar where they originally come from. Young Bilbo now weighs 130 grammes, but weighed only 30 three days after his birth. Ver más.
