Artist rendering shows a scene involving the herbivorous Futalongnkosaurus dukei dinosaur (L and 2nd L) that once roamed what is now northern Patagonia an estimated 80 million years ago. The dinosaur fossils were discovered recently by Argentine and Brazilian paleontologists on the shores of Barreales Lake. This completely newly discovered species measured between 105 and 112 feet (32-34m) in length.

Inflatable models dressed in plastic bubbles in the channel between Congress and Summer Streets in Boston are part of "Walking on Water", commissioned by the Friends of the Fort Point Channel to celebrate "Open Studios on the Fort Point Channel". This 6 piece installation by artist Lisa Greenfield and the crew from the City Water Taxi will be floating on the Fort Point Channel for the rest of the month.
