SANTIAGO. - The new Provisional Reform Law represents the President’s first official activity following the celebration of her first two years in office. She took advantage of the opportunity to call for the triumph of dialogue over confrontation and for the primacy of intelligence in executive government.
The President stressed that “passing a law such as this one allows the country to witness the intelligence, creativity, and mature and professional reflection, as well as the competence and hard work of the administration and members of Parliament”.
In addition, President Bachelet expressed her appreciation for the work carried out by all of the political branches who have contributed to the reform.
