Rain showers forecasted to continue into the afternoon within the capital

According to the Chile Meteorological Department, skies will remain cloudy throughout the day, with a high of 9ºC.

SANTIAGO.- According to the Meteorological Department of Chile, the precipitation that has been affecting the capital since yesterday, leaving 11 millimeters of accumulated rainfall so far, is forecasted to continue into the afternoon today. 


Radio ADN reported that the organization’s chief on duty has said that isolated rain showers, which could at times be intense, are expected to continue throughout the day today until approximately 5:00 PM.


According to the Meteorological Department, skies will remain cloudy today, with a maximum temperature of 9ºC.


Meanwhile, morning fog is expected to give way to partly cloudy skies tomorrow, with temperatures ranging from 0 to 14ºC.
