SANTIAGO.- In order to mitigate the effects of the current strike being held by the National Association of Civil Registry Employees, the entity has decided to open three offices to the public in Santiago today, where citizens with urgent matters will be able to receive service.

The office in Ñuñoa, located at Dublé Almeida Nº 3143; the San Bernardo Office, at Freire Nº 473; and the Independencia office, at Avenida Hiódromo Chile Nº 1750 will all be open to assist the public.

The public will be served at these three sites as of today, between 9:00AM and 2:00PM.  A large number of people that were forced to suspend official matters due to the worker demonstration have already arrived at the above mentioned offices.

The Civil Registry has placed necessary security measures at the offices to protect employees and ensure that the public receives adequate attention.

In addition to the offices mentioned here, service is currently also being offered through the entity's website and questions can be directed to the Call Center:  600 370 2000.
