SANTIAGO.- Following several months of waiting and a successful extradition process, Rafael Maureira Trujillo a.k.a. "Zakarach" is finally scheduled to arrive in Chile at 1:30 PM tomorrow. Maureira had fled to Brazil after being sentenced to a 20 year prison sentence on charges of illicit association, rape and child molestation.

A plane specially assigned for the operation has already left for Brazil and will return with Maureira, four PDI officers, as well as the attorney for the Ministry of Justice, Ignacio Castillo.

Once the plane lands at the Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport, Maureira will be taken to the National Court Palace (Palacio de los Tribunales), where he will be received by the Supreme Court in order to complete the extradition process.

Under the constant supervision of prison guards, Maureira will then be taken to the Fourth Criminal Court of Santiago to be notified of the 20 year prison sentence against him stemming from several charges of child rape.

Once the process has finished, "Zakarach" will be housed at the High Security Prison.
