SANTIAGO.- Unión Española is gaining an advantage for the 2009 season. The club has already added its fourth new player before the end of the Clausura tournament.
Miguel Aceval has been added to the team roster along with previously announced newcomers: Braulio Leal, Nicolás Núñez and Gustavo Canales.
Aceval, who trained on Colo Colo, has joined the Unión Española for three seasons after spending a season on Huachipato.
The 25 year-old played on Colo Colo for many years and made his debut with the team in 2001 against Huachipato. Aceval has so far played in 159 National Tournament matches and 8 South American Cup matches.
Last year, Aceval played on O'Higgins de Rancagua, but returned to Colo Colo during the second semester to participate in the Clausura Championship.
