Alejandro Osorio becomes first replacement for Cobreloa

The former mid-fielder for Ñublense has reached an agreement with club directors.

SANTIAGO.- Former Universidad Católica and Ñublense player Alejandro Osorio has become the first new player for Cobreloa after being confirmed by the vice-president of the "Zorros del Desierto", Sebastián Vivaldi.


The president of the Football Commission stated that an economic agreement has already been reached with the now ex-midfielder for the "Diablos Rojos" and indicated that the only thing left to do was get his signature, but said that would not be a problem.


Meanwhile, Coach Gerardo Mella arrived yesterday from Argentina and declared that he has a list of the players he saw in Buenos Aires, although so far he has not been able to confirm any of them.


Nevertheless, it was revealed that the goalkeeper from the team could come from Boca Juniors or Estudiantes de La Plata if an agreement is not reached with Gastón Losa of La Serena.


Furthermore, according to information gained from the "La Estrella del Loa" newspaper, the team is considering a Peruvian forward. Lastly, it was revealed that Junior Fernández could arrive to San Marcos de Arica as a loaned player from the Primera B league.
