SANTIAGO.- At around 11:00 A.M. this morning, Colo Colo commenced its final practice before going up against Sport Recife in the Libertadores Cup, a training session that was witnessed by more than 600 fans who showed up to offer a final "rally" to their team.

The fans arrived early and gave a standing ovation to Lucas Barrios when he came onto the field.  Even his teammates applauded the injured forward, who will start out the game against the Brazilians, although this morning he was given a training regimen different from that of the rest of the group.

Doctor Roberto Yáñez has ruled out that the forward has infiltration, since there is no bone damage in his right foot, the procedure will not be necessary.

The specialist also confirmed that Miguel Riffo has not recuperated from the injury in his right knee and is not permitted to play in the first game of the Cup, nor is player Luis Pedro Figueroa.

As a result, the Argentine coach will opt for Cristian Muñoz; Yerson Opazo, Luis Mena, Rodrigo Riquelme, José Domingo Salcedo; Rodrigo Meléndez, Arturo Sanhueza, Rodrigo Millar, Macnelly Torres; Rodolgo Moya and Lucas Barrios.
