SANTIAGO.- With the “war of the television series” beginning in March, summer is set to continue on the small screen with programs such as “Don Amor” on Canal 13, “Viuda Alegre” on TVN, and the first few episodes of “Mala Conducta” on Chilevisión.

Canal 13:  A Chilean version of “Lost”

Canal 13 is betting on tropical landscapes, reggaeton music and sculpted bodies to gain ratings this season.  Set in Puerto Rico, the program documents the experiences of students who, while participating in an educational tour, find themselves trapped on a deserted island.

Chilevisión:  Cliques and reggaeton

Chilevisión´s new T.V. program focuses on an institute offering a “two years in one” program where cliques of all types can be found including students such as rebel, Tiago Correa, hacker Ariel Levy and “pokeláis” Marcela del Valle.

TVN:  The widow, the police and the witness

On TVN, the story will be centered around Beatriz Sarmiento (Claudia Di Girolamo), a woman who falls in love with her brother-in-law (played by Marcelo Alonso) while mourning her husband (played by Alfredo Castro) after he is reported missing in a shipwreck.
