Imágenes de la película Birdman, que lidera los Globo de Oro
SANTIAGO.- La película "Birdman", del cineasta mexicano Alejandro González Iñarritu, se quedó con el mayor número de nominaciones a los Globo de oro 2015, con siete posibles trofeos en la categoría cine.
En el apartado de televisión, por otra parte, se destacó "La miniserie "Fargo" con cinco nominaciones. Le siguieron "House of Cards" y "True Detective" con cuatro.
"Birdman", protagonizada por Michael Keaton, tiene como principales contendoras a "Boyhood", de Richard Linklater, y "The Imitation Game, de Morten Tyldum, las cuales postulan a cinco estatuillas. (ver detalle en recuadro inferior)
Las nominaciones de estas tres películas coinciden con los pronós.ticos de los especialistas, quienes las destacan como algunas de las mejores cintas estrenadas durante 2014.
"Birdman" se estrenará en Chile el próximo 12 de febrero. "Boyhood" lo hará el 29 de enero.
En cuanto al panorama para las series de televisión, la versión 72 de los Globo de Oro mantiene a "House of Cards"como su favorita, al igual que este 2014. Netflix compite, además, con "Orange is the New Black", la cual obtuvo 3 nominaciones.
Este año Amazon estudios logró su primera mención en los premios de la prensa extranjera, con la comedia "Transparent". De este modo, las producciones estrenadas a través de Internet se consolidan en la temporada de premiaciones.
Los candidatos fueron anunciados este jueves en la mañana por las actrices Paula Patton y Kate Beckinsale, junto a los actores Jeremy Piven y Peter Krause, en el Beverly Hilton Hotel de Beverly Hills. La ceremonia de premiación se realizará el próximo 11 de enero.
